I wish to inspire like Bezalel of the Tabernacle.
But merely as an imitation of true beauty.

The text in Arabic reads: يا الله ضد الصليب المعقوف عدو جميع الاديان or: "Oh Allah, against this swastika, enemy of all religions". Illustration by André Mathiot, created in collaboration with a magazine published as an official publication by the French exile government's military authorities during World War II.
A devout Laestidian Christian, his beliefs were built on a strong connection to his Homeland and a deep love for Jesus. He lived much of his life in accordance to traditional, nomadic Norwegian Sámi Guovdageaidnu customs; until he was forced to move to Swedish Sápmi by train due to discriminatory border restrictions. It was there he met Emilie Demant Hatt, a Danish ethnographer who could not understand his way of speech until an interpreter stepped in; she confided in him a wish to live among his people, and he confided in her a wish to write a book documenting the customs and beliefs of those people. They would both go on to have their wishes fulfilled, the book was penned by Turi in his brother's cabin where he had arranged for Emilie to stay. Before her time in the cabin she'd been sleeping in their tents and wearing their clothing for about a year, in return she took on the role of being his housekeeper and book editor for the remaining months left of the Autumn season, until eventually migrating back to Denmark. The book was a monumental landmark in Sámi literature for being one of the first books penned about Sámi customs by an actual Sámi in a culture where most knowledge was to be passed down orally, correcting the ignorant misconception that the Sámi simply lacked the ability to communicate through written language.
The great oligarch dreams of a technological Jörmungandr to justify his Apunna, but the synchronicitiy will not be brought about by those of sincere spiritual belief. It is too sinful, it is too unthinkable. If the roaring machines trample over the Scandinavian Peninsula; Freyja of Fólkvangr will weep, Mary of Nazareth will bleed and even at the end of Pralaya, the forces of Adharma will refuse to heed. The People of Gods, all; wish to be strings on the Lord's wooden harp. They wish to cut us down, like Ceasar unto the trees of Massila. Do not let them.
